Shipping Information

We usually ship within 1-5 business days after you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time as items may not in stock.

We can ship worldwide, there are 2 shipping methods available when placing an order online.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is EMS shipping. The shipping time is about 3~7 days shipping by EMS.

Expedited Shipping: We use DHL, UPS or FEDEX as the shipping method, It usually takes about 3~5 business days for the shipping time not including processing time if you choose expedited shipping as your shipping method. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. For more information on this please contact us freely whenever neccssary.

Remote Fees: For some areas, the shipping address is remote for DHL, UPS and Fedex, in this occasion, there's remote fees caused, unfortunately there's no way for us to charge remote fees during placing the order, as we can not list all remote areas in our system, so if we found your address is remote for DHL, we will send you an email to pay for the remote fees, you can also check your address via this link to see if your address is remote: http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp

Customs Duties: We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.

If you have special requirements about the declare description and the declare value on the delivery invoice, please write a special note when you checkout online. Otherwise, if you order a car DVD player, our packing department will write as car audio and mark the declared value about 98.5 USD each as default. We will not be responsible for orders confiscated which caused by declare description and declare value.

Before sending your order out, we'll carefullly check the products to make sure the product you receive don't have any problems and with good quality.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.

We'll also trace the packages from time to time, and if there is any problems in customs or anything else we'll contact you asap. Meanwhile, If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have not received it, please also contact us.
